I have finally got some projects to share with you - why when I get a box of new Stampin' Up! goodies does my "mojo" disappear??
I think my favourite set from the new Autumn and Winter seasonal catalogue has to be the Perfectly Preserved stamp set with the matching framelits to cut out the stamped images. I have seen a lot of different cards made with this set and I'm sure I will have more projects to share soon.
This is a really simple card to make, the flowers were cut with the framelits, I have used Primrose Petals for my card base & the ribbon is the same colour - from the NEW 2012-1013 "In Colours" available to order in October. I added a little colour to the jar using a watercolour brush with the Midnight Muse ink pad.
Here are couple of photos from our trip to London - I think I will have to do some serious scrapbooking, just to cover the Olympics!! We have been so fortunate as we have photos with the Olympic torch, the "splinter" flame for the Paralympics and the Paralympic torch, along with many wonderful memories.
We took photos with Wenlock & Manderville wherever we found them in London.
Philip had a quick photo with the athletes from Taiwan.
At the Olympic Park for the Paralympic games, we had tickets for Goalball.
I think I have almost caught up again, the washing is finished, the house is getting more organised & I have it back to myself at last!!! Philip had an extra day off school last Monday due to a flood in the school, hopefully they will get back in to their classrooms later this week.
