Autumn and Winter Launch Party

I have been busy creating lots of NEW projects using fabulous new products from the Stampin' Up! Autumn  & Winter seasonal catalogue to share with the ladies attending my launch party this afternoon.

I gave everyone who attended a goody bag with their make & take projects and of course a copy of the Autumn and Winter catalogue and the NEW 2012-2013 Annual Catalogue!!!  Everyone was impressed with the size of the new catalogue - this year it is filled with so many more fabulous new products - I'm sure there will be some huge wishlists written out tonight!!

This card is very similar to one in the A&W seasonal catalogue, using the fabulous Perfectly Preserved stamp set with the matching Cannery framelits.

This card is one I "CASED" from one of the Stampin' Success magazines that Stampin' Up! send to demonstrators every month.

A decorated pouch cut with the exclusive Petal Cone die, with some of the gorgeous glittered papers and after a lot of searching a candy cane for the top of it. Perfect for hanging on the Christmas tree.

I would like to thank everyone for coming along and making it a wonderful afternoon, places are booking quickly for my next workshop on 20th October if you would like come along please contact me to book your place.

More Perfectly Preserved

As promised here are some more cards made with the new Perfectly Preserved stamps and matching framelits.

I have used some of the gorgeous new Orchard Harvest papers - I think I will be ordering another pack as  they look lovely with the Perfectly Preserved stamp set and the colours are wonderful.

I have used the Bitty Banners framelits to cut the sentiments for my cards.

I love this new Tulle ribbon it is so soft and ruffles and ties perfectly.

I have spent today playing with some of my new Stampin' Up! stash, more pictures will follow soon!!  I am preparing projects and samples for my New Catalogue Launch on Saturday 29th September, if you would like to join the fun I still have a couple of places available, contact me for details.

A New Favourite

I have finally got some projects to share with you - why when I get a box of new Stampin' Up! goodies does my "mojo" disappear??

I think my favourite set from the new Autumn and Winter seasonal catalogue has to be the Perfectly Preserved stamp set with the matching framelits to cut out the stamped images. I have seen a lot of different cards made with this set and I'm sure I will have more projects to share soon.

This is a really simple card to make, the flowers were cut with the framelits, I have used Primrose Petals for my card base & the ribbon is the same colour - from the NEW 2012-1013 "In Colours" available to order in October. I added a little colour to the jar using a watercolour brush with the Midnight Muse ink pad.

Here are couple of photos from our trip to London - I think I will have to do some serious scrapbooking, just to cover the Olympics!!  We have been so fortunate as we have photos with the Olympic torch, the "splinter" flame for the Paralympics  and the Paralympic torch, along with many wonderful memories.

We took photos with Wenlock & Manderville wherever we found them in London.

Philip had a quick photo with the athletes from Taiwan.

At the Olympic Park for the Paralympic games, we had tickets for Goalball.

I think I have almost caught up again, the washing is finished, the house is getting more organised & I have it back to myself at last!!!  Philip had an extra day off school last Monday due to a flood in the school, hopefully they will get back in to their classrooms later this week.
