Allsorts Challenge 18 .....

I seem to be last minute with the challenge for Allsorts this week, which is to use a sketch provided and only 2 colours. I have used blue & white for the main colours, but have followed through with a little silver for the snowflakes to tie in the paper, so I hope this will be ok.

I have coloured my new Ketto stamp with promarkers, I have wanted one of these little cuties for a while and managed to find it at the show last week!! The papers are the new Jack Frost range from craftwork cards, DCWV cardstock, pearlised dark blue paper, stardust stickles glue, glossy accents, ribbon, snowflake punches, gems.

I have added an extra photo to show the sparkle, as I never usually manage to get it show up on my main picture??

Combined Challenge .....

A card at last, I haven't made very much this week so this one is for the following challenges,

Whiff of Joy Challenge 45 is "bling", this week's sponsor is Simon says Stamp, $10 voucher and WOJ blossom fairy Charlotte

The Secret Crafter Challenge 46 this week its colours, "brown & turquoise"

Allsorts Challenge 15 is a sketch and torn edges set by Jule's, there are some fab goodies for the lucky winner

ABC Challenge this week is C for Circles, sponsored by WOJ, this weeks guest designer is Rach

I have coloured the very pretty Willow with Hot Chocolate stamp from Whiff of Joy stamps with promarkers, using the brown & turquiose colours from the Secret Crafter Challenge. I used my nesties for the circles for the ABC challenge ( I changed the rectangle from the sketch to a circle as I thought it suited my stamped image better). I did cheat a little with my torn edges and used my fiskars fancy edged ruler, I just can't help being neat!! I used lots of small gems for my "bling" for the Whiff of Joy challenge. Papers are BG Pheobe & Archaic.

Going to try and get another card made ready for tomorrow, I coloured a few images last night so they are ready to put together, I just need to find the papers to match, I usually colour my images then choose papers, It works for me most of the time!!

Thanks for stopping by,

Two Challenges .....

I have combined two challenges for this card,

Allsorts Challenge week 13 is Gro's challenge, "vintage", the winner will recieve 6 promarkers (my favourite!!).

Basic Grey Challenges are back, this week there is a sketch by Tara G, its a really great sketch to follow, they are not offering weekly prizes, instead 5 lucky people chosen at random from this challenge will go through to the monthly prize drawing which has been sponsored by sponsor Simon Says Stamp.

I have used Baisic Grey Archaic papers and element stickers, Edwin coloured with promarkers, PM cardstock, ribbon, gems, rub on, brad, brown ink pad. I have inked the edges of the papers with a brown ink pad and used a distressing tool on some of the layers to give a worn look.
I thought the muted shades of greens and browns along with the distressing gave the card a worn vintage look.

I will be back later with another card, thanks for stopping by,

Angela xx
