Boo!!!!!!!

It has been quite a while since my last post but life is rather hectic at the moment!!

I have made a couple of really quick makes for Lucy & Philip for Halloween, both are the same just different colours to keep it nice and simple.

The colours used are basic black, pumpkin pie, whisper white and pear pizzaz.

I have used the small speckled wheel to give the card some texture, then I have used 2 sizes of oval punch and a small circle punch for the eyes, the ruffled ribbon is basic black taffetta, I have pulled one of the centre threads to gather the ribbon before fixing it to the back of the cards.  I have stamped "Boo" from the tiny taggs stamp set and fastened it to the ribbon with some linen thread.

 I have used some of my ribbons to decorate the handles of these mini pails, filling them with a few Halloween treats to share.  I better get on and make some tea before  the mad rush for Halloween treats starts!!!

I have been busy making soooo many cards to swap at the Stampin' Up! European Convenntion at Addington Palace this week!!!!! Woooooo Hoooooo, I can't believe it is almost here, I know it will be so much fun getting together with other like minded people to talk non-stop about Stampin Up! and of course one of the best things we do get to stamp!!!

Monster Sign ......

Look what the postman brought ......  a set of  Your Next Stamps!!!  Yes I won them in a recent followers draw!!! Wooo Hooo!!!  I think he is so cute, he has 4 different phrases that you can put on his sign for halloween, but I think he will be perfect for other occassions too!!

I have used the sketch from Passion for Promarkers week 21  and my colours are, bright green, leaf green,purple, bright orange, cool grey 1, papers are PM trick or treat, DCWV card stock, Bo Bunny brads, Junkitz button.  Joanna Sheen is sponsoring this weeks challenge £10 voucher for her online store.

I think I have more then enough halloween cards but I couldn't leave him!!  Below is another YNS monster  I have coloured this one for a birthday card and used a rub on for his sign I used my nesties to cut him out, now he is ready to go onto a card sometime!!

I have another card to post tonight then I am going to try and finish my card for the Sugar Bowl challenge and make a few of the cards I have orders for.

Halloween Card .....

This is my second post for today, I have made this card for the following challenges;

Passion for Promarkers week 17, "any colours & polka dots", sponsored this week by Lettaset.

Papertake Weekly challenge 24, " faux stitching", sponsor this wek is Priscillastyles.

Pollycraft Monday challenge 24 "black, white & 1 other colour" (orange), they are offering a surpirse digi set.

Sketch & Stash challenge 19 is the great sketch I have used here. this week they are looking for Guest Designers, which would be such a fantastic oppourtunity!!

I have used from my stash a neglected stamp, Felicity Trick or Treat from Pollycraft, coloured with promarkers, grey 1-5 pumpkin bright orange vanilla blush ivory, stickle black diamond glitter glue (I have used a new colour!!), glossy accents for shoes, nesties with faux stitching around the edges, papers are PM trick or treat, DCWV cardstock, ribbon, charm from Elaine at Quixotic Paperie, sentiment is from a set by Waltzingmouse called Halloween Party.

I need to make another couple of Halloween cards I only send a couple and usually give them to Lucy & Philip. I have been having a tidy of my ever growing crafty stash and I have some Hallween Candy to giveaway so look out for the chance to win soon!!

Passion for Promarkers & Sketch and Stash .....

This week at Passion for Promarkers week 13 (my lucky number!!) the challenge is Halloween and the colours to be used as the focal point are "pumkin & prussian". The sponsor is Hotshot Crafts and they have a £10 voucher for you to spend in their online store!!

Sketch and Stash Challenge week 17 have a great sketch to follow, which I have rotated for this card, this week the team are looking for the next guest designers.

I have used my new Greeting Farm Annika stamp from Crafts u Love, coloured with this weeks colours for the Passion for Promarkers challenge, my paper is a neglected Doodlebug Halloween design, I found most of the other pieces in my scraps box, charm, rub on's are Bo Bunny and flowers.

I love all things Halloween and love to decorate the house and garden, the last couple of years we have stayed at Alton Towers for their Scare Fest which is great fun!!
