Summer Birthday Wishes .....

This is the card I have made for my Sister who celebrates her birthday today!!!  Way back in April I won a full set of the new Leann Ellis stamps but I only received them recently, so I have decided to use one of them for Allison's card.

I have used Pink Passion and Mellow Moss card with some of the beautiful Bride Paper from Stampin' Up! the quality of this is almost like card and it has the most fabulous sheen.  The lovely pin is made from the Pretties Kit, I have just pushed it through the knot of white taffetta ribbon.  I have added pearls below the image and the sentiment is from the Oval All stamp set.

This is the "arty" angle, so you can see a close up of some of the details, well I mst dash as I'm sure Allison will be waiting for us to visit today, although I'm not sure how she will feel by the end of August!!!

Julie's All Day Papercraft Event .....

Last Saturday I spent the day at Julie's All day Papercraft Event  with some of my friends. We had a wonderful day and made some beautiful projects. This fabulous bag is the project we made on the afternoon, it is one of Becky Roberts templates.

The papers are Rose Red and Old Olive, with some of the gorgeous stitched felt from the mini catalogue, and the filigree brads are beautiful - I know I will be ordering some more of them soon!!!  The tiny envelope on the front of the bag is for a mini gift tag and inside there is a pocket just the right the size for a gift card.

I have made a couple of cards to put inside using the Vintage Vogue stamp set and more stitched felt. As soon as I have the rest of the projects photographed, I will add those too!!

It has been an extremely busy week, but thankfully tomorrow is the last day of term!!!!!!

Wedding Day Wishes ......

Today I am sharing with you one of the many Wedding cards I have been asked to make lately, I am almost finished all of my orders, then I must get the rest of my Teacher thank you cards finished!!!  Not long to go now until school is finished for the summer!!!!!

I  had a few problems with colouring this image and on more than one occassion the colours had bled which is so annoying, I have changed my card now and have had no more problems.  I have used some of the beautiful Bella Blue papers from Stampin' Up! along with kraft card (soon to be called crumb cake), you can see my favourite eyelet border punch here again.  I added kraft taffetta ribbon with some of the Tiny Tags stamps, punched with the matching jewellery punch.

I'm off to Leeds tomorrow with some friends to Julie's all day craft event,  so I will no doubt have some beautiful projects to share with you next week as Julie always inspires me when my mo-jo has gone off on a walk about!!!

For a Friend .......

Things have been a little busy around here lately with so many end of term activities and appiontments going on, I haven't had much time to spend crafting and there are so many blogs I need to visit and catch up with.

I thought I would share this set I made for my lovely friend Liz, to celebrate her new job!!!!!!!!

I have used the gorgeous new Rich Razzleberry card from Stampin' Up! with soon to be gone Orchid Opulence card, they are a really pretty combination. I have stamped the swirly vine from the Vintage Vogue stamp set and the polka dot ribbon is also Rich Razzleberry. The heart is from the I (heart) hearts stamps set, I used the full heart punch (available in the new catalogue!!) then added some gorgeous dazzling diamonds glitter around the heart.  The border is punched with the eyelet border punch, I think this is one of my favourite punches at the moment!!

I put a few treats in the box and of course some extra pens as Liz loves pens!!!!  lol

I will hopefully have some more cards to share with you tomorrow, thanks for stopping by and leaving your wonderful comments I do appreciate them all!!

Your Next Stamp Challenge 20 ......

It is time for another new challenge today at Your Next Stamp, I have chosen the theme of

FLOWER POWER

You can use any flowers on your card, it can be beautiful blooms, gorgeous flowered designer paper, or a stamped image with a flower, the decision is yours.

I have used the very sweet Flower Fhiona for my card along with some gorgeous Stampin' Up! designer papers called Tea Party, the colours are lovely and just perfect for a summery card.  The sentiment is layered with the scalloped circle punch and the Circle of Friends "thank You" stamp.  I thought it is time to build up my stock of Thank You cards ready for end of term, only 2 weeks left!!!!

As usual there are some fabulous desgins from the talented Starlets, so hop over and leave them some comments at the Your Next Stamp challenge blog, you can also find all of the details of the fabulous prizes on offer too!!

I will hopefully have a card to share with you using this wonderful sketch later in the week, as I do intend to join in the challenges when possible on the other side now!!
