Autumn and Winter Launch Party

I have been busy creating lots of NEW projects using fabulous new products from the Stampin' Up! Autumn  & Winter seasonal catalogue to share with the ladies attending my launch party this afternoon.

I gave everyone who attended a goody bag with their make & take projects and of course a copy of the Autumn and Winter catalogue and the NEW 2012-2013 Annual Catalogue!!!  Everyone was impressed with the size of the new catalogue - this year it is filled with so many more fabulous new products - I'm sure there will be some huge wishlists written out tonight!!

This card is very similar to one in the A&W seasonal catalogue, using the fabulous Perfectly Preserved stamp set with the matching Cannery framelits.

This card is one I "CASED" from one of the Stampin' Success magazines that Stampin' Up! send to demonstrators every month.

A decorated pouch cut with the exclusive Petal Cone die, with some of the gorgeous glittered papers and after a lot of searching a candy cane for the top of it. Perfect for hanging on the Christmas tree.

I would like to thank everyone for coming along and making it a wonderful afternoon, places are booking quickly for my next workshop on 20th October if you would like come along please contact me to book your place.

Stampin Up Scentsational Season

Today I have another card using more products from the NEW Stampin' Up! Autumn and Winter seasonal catalogue, using the Scentsatioanl Season stamp set with of course matching framelits - no more cutting out!!!!

I have used the gorgeous new Raspberry Ripple and Gumball Green with Whisper White for my colour scheme with some of my favourite Snow Festival papers.  The sentiment is from the Itty Bitty Banners stamp set with matching framelits to cut out the banners. They will be available very soon (1st October).

I'm almost ready for my afternoon of "ooing" & "ahhing" with the ladies attending my New Catalogue Launch tomorrow!!!  I know how much they will love some of the fabulous new products available in the NEW 2012 - 2013 annual Stampin' Up! catalogue, I have a huge wish list already,

Stampin' Up Delightful Decorations

This is quite a large post as I decided to share all of the cards with you in one post. Delightful Decorations is a lovely stamp set and makes quick cards and projects as it has a coordinating punch still available in the NEW 2012-2013 catalogue!!!

I used the Delightful Decorations stamp set with the Bauble punch using a colour scheme of Sahara Sand, Early Espresso, Soft Suede and Very Vanilla with some of the gorgeous Stampin' Up! Gold Card.

Strips of different papers with an embossed border of hearts and a tiny edge of gold card peaking out.

A stamped background with a Vintage brad, crochet trim and linen thread to "hang" the baubles.

I have used the reverse side of the embossed flowers for the background, the flowers are coloured with Champagne shimmer paint, they really do catch the light with a gem in their centre.

A little more gold adds a touch of glamour to this simple card made with a strip of First Edition paper.

A photo of them  altogether with a "diaper" folded treat holder made from a sheet of 12 x 12 First Edition paper.

If you would like to order any further information about my projects or would Stampin' Up! products please contact me - I can have Stampin' Up! goodies delivered directly to you no matter where you live in the UK.

Stampin Up Christmas Ornament

From the very first glimpse of the new Stampin' Up! Autumn and Winter seasonal catalogue the decoration on the front cover has been something I "had" to make!!

Well here is my version of the decoration.

I stamped the Ornament Keepsake stamp set with Old Olive and Cherry Cobbler ink, I added a vintage brad to the centre of my decoration - not long until I can have some of those gorgeous faceted buttons!!!!!

I love the NEW soft tulle ribbon - I think this will be something that I will use for a lot of my Christmas projects!!

This is another version and it was really quick to make - no stamping as I used the Ornament framelit dies to cut the Snow Festival papers.

Lots of shimmer and glitter - perfect for Christmas!!

I have so many more ideas for the Ornament Keepsake stamp set and framelits.

If you buy them together Stampin' Up! is offering a 15% saving on the individual prices - contact me to place your order.

I'm planning to stay home and craft ALL day so that I have lots of lovely NEW samples to share at my New Catalogue Launch at the weekend.  I will share more projects as soon as I have photos of them.

Another Scrapbook Layout

Today I have another layout for Lucy's album.  Dressed in her "best" witches outfit ready to go to her friends Halloween party.

I used Basic Black card for the base with some of the soon to be retired Cheerful Treat hostess exclusive papers. I added some black scalloped polka dot ribbon to keep with the "spotty" theme. The colours are Basic Black, Pumpkin Pie, Lucky Limeade and Melon Mambo.

Although the picture is not that clear here, Lucy's shoes are very glittery and sparkly!!

My Princess

Another layout from our trip to Disney in July 2011 (I will finish it one day?!).  I made Lucy have photos taken with the Disney Princesses as I know if we go again she will not be willing to stand and pose with a Princess as she will be "too old".

It is another of my simple layouts, using some of the lovely Twitterpated papers (don't worry you can stock up on them again soon.....) with the eyelet boarder punch to trim the edges of the paper.  I used the labels framelits to cut out the Apothecary Labels for my journalling. I covered a chipboard crown with a scrap of paper, adding some small buttons and pleated ribbon to complete the layout.

This is an official Disney photo - the only one we bought as we managed to get several nice photos with the Princesses during our visit.

Some of these products have now retired as I didn't manage to get this layout posted on my blog before our trip to London, thankfully I will be able to stock up on the paper as it is making a "comeback" in the NEW catalogue!!!!!

I have another layout to share with you tomorrow.

Stampin' Up Owl Occasions

Today's card is a cute one made with the gorgeous NEW Owl Occasions stamp set from the Autumn and Winter catalogue, as soon as Lucy saw this set she wanted me to order it!! The card base is a NEW "in colour" Raspberry Ripple with a length of matching stitched satin ribbon with a piece of  the gorgeous New Snow Festival papers.

I coloured the images with my Stampin' Up! marker pens and then I used the labels framelits to cut it out adding another layer of Pink Pirouette. There are some NEW sets of fabulous templates for paper pricking designs that fit Stampin' Up! framelits - perfectly spaced results every time!!! The sentiment is from the hostess exclusive Mixed Medley stamp set.

There are 14 stamps in this set and although it has many different images for Christmas there are still plenty of images to make cards for different occasions.

Today I will be tackling the mountain of ironing and clearing as many jobs as possible so I can finish making a few more projects and classes ready for my new catalogue launch on Saturday.

New In Colours

I spent a lovely evening with a group of crafty ladies last night making some pretty cards using some of the NEW 2012-2014 "In Colours" from Stampin' Up!

The NEW colours used are Primrose Petals, Raspberry Ripple and Summer Starfruit with Whisper White and Basic Grey card for accent colours.

The papers are a sneak peak from the NEW upcoming catalogue, I got them FREE as one of the "perks" of being a demonstrator.

The sentiments are another new product that will be available to order very soon with matching framelits!!

The ribbon is Basic Grey taffeta, tied with a simple knot.  I used the Bird punch for the leaves and the Itty Bitty flower punch with a gem for the flowers.

Here are the cards altogether.  If you would like to get together with a group of your friends for a personalised class contact me for further information.

More Perfectly Preserved

As promised here are some more cards made with the new Perfectly Preserved stamps and matching framelits.

I have used some of the gorgeous new Orchard Harvest papers - I think I will be ordering another pack as  they look lovely with the Perfectly Preserved stamp set and the colours are wonderful.

I have used the Bitty Banners framelits to cut the sentiments for my cards.

I love this new Tulle ribbon it is so soft and ruffles and ties perfectly.

I have spent today playing with some of my new Stampin' Up! stash, more pictures will follow soon!!  I am preparing projects and samples for my New Catalogue Launch on Saturday 29th September, if you would like to join the fun I still have a couple of places available, contact me for details.

A New Favourite

I have finally got some projects to share with you - why when I get a box of new Stampin' Up! goodies does my "mojo" disappear??

I think my favourite set from the new Autumn and Winter seasonal catalogue has to be the Perfectly Preserved stamp set with the matching framelits to cut out the stamped images. I have seen a lot of different cards made with this set and I'm sure I will have more projects to share soon.

This is a really simple card to make, the flowers were cut with the framelits, I have used Primrose Petals for my card base & the ribbon is the same colour - from the NEW 2012-1013 "In Colours" available to order in October. I added a little colour to the jar using a watercolour brush with the Midnight Muse ink pad.

Here are couple of photos from our trip to London - I think I will have to do some serious scrapbooking, just to cover the Olympics!!  We have been so fortunate as we have photos with the Olympic torch, the "splinter" flame for the Paralympics  and the Paralympic torch, along with many wonderful memories.

We took photos with Wenlock & Manderville wherever we found them in London.

Philip had a quick photo with the athletes from Taiwan.

At the Olympic Park for the Paralympic games, we had tickets for Goalball.

I think I have almost caught up again, the washing is finished, the house is getting more organised & I have it back to myself at last!!!  Philip had an extra day off school last Monday due to a flood in the school, hopefully they will get back in to their classrooms later this week.

Home Again

I am trying to catch up with everything at home and get Lucy & Philip ready for school in the morning!!!!  We have spent almost two weeks in London, the main purpose was for Philip to attend the Bobath Centre for therapy but as we had waited so long for this block of treatment we didn't get to book a holiday this summer,  so our free time in London was packed with as much as possible. I haven't downloaded the pictures from my camera yet but I will share some later this week.

It is a really busy time for Stampin' Up! - the Last Chance List has some fabulous bargains and I will add a direct link once it has been updated as some products have already sold out!!!  The new Autumn & Winter Seasonal catalogue is now available to order from, my customers are loving the new stamps with matching framelits bundles.
I had two boxes of fabulous NEW products waiting for me from the NEW 2012-2013 catalogue - as a demonstrator I can pre order from the catalogue and get a 20% discount!!  If you would like to find out more about being a Stampin' Up! demonstrator contact me.
