The Sugar Bowl Challenge 25 ......

Last minute again, but I do need to get a couple of baby cards made as I haven't made one for some time.  I just love this new Sugar Nellie "Vintage Baby" stamp, the please include option for The Sugar Bowl  challenge 25 is your favourite colour, which seems to be  pink when it comes to making a card but I do buy a lot of blue clothes??

It is a really good sketch that Lilian has provided for this challenge and the lucky winner will recieve 12 Sugar Nellie stamps!!

I have coloured the "Vintage Baby" with promarkers, sakura satardust pen, stickles stardust glitter glue, nesties, papers are BG urban prairie, cored'inations white waash c/s sanded to show more of the pink, shimmer dots.

Short and sweet today, I thought I would try and finish this post before my friend arrives.  Thanks for stopping by,

Sketch and Stash Challenge 25 .....

I thought it was time I made a card for a challenge, I have been so busy getting everything ready for Christmas that I didnt really have much time left to make a card.  We had a lovely day, surrounded by a mountain of new toys and empty cardboard boxes!! I think most of the day is spent trying to get the toys out of the boxes, I'm suure anyone with small children would agree!!  I hope you had a wonderful Christmas day too!!

I have used this great sketch from Sketch and Stash challenge 25, Lols will also be selecting her Guest Designer from the entrants of this challenge. I have used my new Squiggles & Giggles "Daisy with balloon" stamp, coloured with promarkers, stickles stardust, glossy accents,  MS punch, neglected PM sweet nothings papers, retro flower punches, gems.

Philip had party invites for yesterday and today, and another couple in January including his own birthday party, so I thoughht I would start to make some cards suitable for his friends!!!

I have been busy making some of my design team cards, so I will be sharing them with you soon!! Thanks for stopping by,

Magic Riendeer Food ......

It has been a busy week, with all of the last minute shopping and getting everything ready for Christmas, but I think I am almost done!!  A couple of things still to wrap, but as Philip is STILL awake playing shops at the top of the stairs, it will have to wait until later.

I made these bags of Magic Riendeer Dust last week as a little gift for Lucy to give to some of her friends at school.  I used a piece if A5 card and folded it to make a handbag shape, sizzix sizzlit die to make the riendeer, red stickles glitter glue and glossy accents for the nose, the ribbon was a bargin buy from Tesco last year!!  The riendeer food is just  a mixture of glitter and oats in a clear bag, quick and simple!!

This is the poem I printed for the back,

Magic Riendeer Food
Just sprinkle on the lawn at night,
the moon will make it sparkle and bright.
As santa's riendeer fly and roam,
this treat will guide them to your home.

So tomorrow night just before Lucy & Philip go to bed  they will take their riendeer food outside and sprinkle it everywhere!! I'm hoping they will keep it on the snow, as we find it all over the house if they dont!!

The weather was good today and the snow melted a fair bit, although frozen solid again now with more snow forcast but I'm hoping they get it wrong!!  I just dont like having to go out driving, although I'm begining to feel a little housebound as my car spent 2 days in the garage last week and is back there again, I dont know when I will get it back :(  fortunately it is still under manufacturers warranty!!  It has been awful trying to get around wiith Philip, I had to cancel his hospital appointments this week.

Thank you all so much for all of your wonderful omments, I have really enjoyed the past 6 months since I started my blog and I love to visit your blogs to find out what you have been up to!!  I am thrilled to be part of two wonderful design teams and look forward to sharing more ideas with you all soon.

Well I think it is time to bring out the mince pies, open a nice bottle of wine and wish all of my friends
A Very Merry Christmas.

Greeting Farm Easel Card ......

I have made this card for the following challenges;

Secret Crafter Staurday Challenge  week57, make an Easel card.

Passion for Promarkers week 25, any colours  and  the sketch I have followed for the top of my easel card, this weeks sponsor is The Secret Crafter, 6 promarker pens of the winners choice. I have listed the colours used at the end of the post!!

A Spoonful of Sugar, challenge 77 "create a scene, sponsored this week by Belles & Whistles stamps.

Cupcake Challenges 64, "snow much fun", sponsored by Digi Delights $10 voucher.

By the Cute and Girly, challenge 2 this month the theme is "winter wonderland".

I have used my gorgeous new Madelyn stamp & sugar plums fence, coloured with promarkers, copic spica glitter pens, papers are MME Colourful Christmas, DCWV c/s, glossy accents, nesties, sizzlits snowflake die, twinklets, polar white flower soft, cosmic shimmer glitter jewels, BG buttons, sentiment, charm.

There is so much sparkle in the snow, but no matter how many pictures I took it just did not show up???  I think this could be Lucy's Christmas card??  I love these papers they do make a change to the usual Christmas colours.

Thanks for stopping by,

Angela  xx
