Dreaming of a White Christmas ......

I have made this card for the following challenges;

I have coloured Antoinette with promarkers, copic spica glitter pens, polar white flower soft, twinklets diamond dust, papers are DCWV Christmas stack, DCWV c/s, candy dots, brad.

I have chosen "White Christmas" as my song title as I think Antoinette looks very dreamy!!

A Last Minute Post .....

I may just be in time to post this card for the following challenges;

Passion for Promarkers week 23, any colours with an animal theme.

A Spoonful of Sugar challenge 75, kitchen/cooking.

Sketch and Stash week 22, I have used the sketch, which is really simple and not too many layers, my favourite sketches!!

I have used Little Claire Designs "The Micing on the Cake" stamp (a new but neglected stamp), coloured with promarkers (cool grey 1-3, duck egg, cool aqua, buttercup), DCWV Sweet stack, glossy accents, stickles stardust, gems. I have embossed the edge of  the design with a brass stencil (I had to have a hunt around to find them!!).

I forgot to post this yesterday, hopefully I will get back to my cards, it has been such a busy week, looking forward wednesday when the children are back at school!!

A Triple Challenge Card ......

I have made this card for the following challenges;

Pollycraft Monday challenge 26   "tangerine, turquoise & chocolate"  the prize this week is a new download to be released soon!!     I think these colours have worked so well together, gorgeous combination!!

Kraftin' Kimmi Stamps challenge 1.   "Its a birthday pah-ty!!!"         This is a brand new weekly challenge and Kimmi's new stamps are gorgeous!!  I'm still waiting for my second stamp to arrive but Charlotte is fab, and she is perfect to colour with promarkers/copics.    One lucky winner will win their choice of a Kraftin' Kimmi stamp.

Sketch and Stash week 21    I have used the sketch which is really easy to work with, my Kraftin' Kimmi Charlotte stamp is from my new stash,   I just love her!! So quirky!!

I have coloured Charlotte with promarkers, copic spica glitter pens, papers are DCWV Sweet, (they are gorgeous and glitterry too, I have been "saving" them!!),  DCWV card stock, retro flower punches, gem brads coloured to match, ribbon.

Sketch and Stash and Just magnolia .......

This is my card for Sketch and Stash challenge 20 sponsored this week by The Creative Cottage and Just Magnolia week 25 the monthly challenge of handmade flowers, sponsored by Simon Says Stamp $50 voucher for their online store.

I have coloured Tilda with Candy Cane with promarkers as usual, sakura stadust for her wings, the papers are my new Bo Bunny Tis the Season papers, DCWV card stock, nesties, snow embossinf folder, ribbon, charm, retro flower punches, pearls, gems, sentiment is from Magnolia.

It has been a crisp bright day today, so managed to get a few outside jobs done and my car has had a good clean at last, I know it won't last long!!

Halloween Card .....

This is my second post for today, I have made this card for the following challenges;

Passion for Promarkers week 17, "any colours & polka dots", sponsored this week by Lettaset.

Papertake Weekly challenge 24, " faux stitching", sponsor this wek is Priscillastyles.

Pollycraft Monday challenge 24 "black, white & 1 other colour" (orange), they are offering a surpirse digi set.

Sketch & Stash challenge 19 is the great sketch I have used here. this week they are looking for Guest Designers, which would be such a fantastic oppourtunity!!

I have used from my stash a neglected stamp, Felicity Trick or Treat from Pollycraft, coloured with promarkers, grey 1-5 pumpkin bright orange vanilla blush ivory, stickle black diamond glitter glue (I have used a new colour!!), glossy accents for shoes, nesties with faux stitching around the edges, papers are PM trick or treat, DCWV cardstock, ribbon, charm from Elaine at Quixotic Paperie, sentiment is from a set by Waltzingmouse called Halloween Party.

I need to make another couple of Halloween cards I only send a couple and usually give them to Lucy & Philip. I have been having a tidy of my ever growing crafty stash and I have some Hallween Candy to giveaway so look out for the chance to win soon!!

Cupcake Craft Challenges challenge 55 a recipie, 3 buttons, 2 papers, 1 ribbon, this week is sponsored by Elaine at Quixotic Cards £10 voucher for her on-line store. I have shopped here before and there are some gorgeous products and I have always had excellent service!!

So thats quite a few challenges here!! I have used Tilda coloured with promarkers, glossy accents for the puddle, paper is BG sultry & DCWV card stock, it was quite a novelty to make only 2 papers work for the challenge, but as distressing was one of the challenges I used a distressing tool around the pannel and a brown ink pad and chalks to give the edges and flowers a distressed look. I have used stickles stardust around the edge of the pink frame, cut with nesties, ribbon, gems, buttons, retro flower punch.

I thought Tilda in Spring Rain is just perfect for the weather at the moment, we have been lucky today as we have had a lovely day at York with friends and the weather stayed dry, alothough its pouring down again now!!

Sketch and Stash Challenge 16 .....

I have used my new Popcarn Bear stamp from Emerald Crafts, coloured with promarkers, stickles stardust glitter glue, BG Lemonade papers, Core'dinations card, neglected velvet ribbon from paperchase, felt flowers, card candy, rub on.


I thought I would add this picture of Lucy and Philip from earlier today when we went to Maize Maze at Easingwold, Philip is really gigiling as the piglets were bitting the frame of his wheelchair, we need to bring it in it's so muddy from them!!




I'm supposed to be helping make cherry jam with the cherries from a friends tree, it is just bursting with fruit right now, she has only just discovered this tree after living ther for more than two years??

My First Triple Challenge .....

This is the first time I have combined challenges to make a card. I have swirls for A Spoonful of Sugar Challenge 61, I chose black, white, lilac and grey from the Papertake Weekly Challenge and I have used the Sketch and Stash sketch 15!! I have managed to enter 3 challenges for the first time, all of them were really inspiring and I will definately be entering them again.



I have stamped my new C.C Design Gretal stamp from Quixotic Cards, cuttlebug swirls embossing folder, neglected scraps of lilac card and glitter card, coloured with promarkers,, sakura stardust pen for sparkly wings, silver card candy from craftwork cards.

I think that about covers everything here, I manged to make two cards last night so I will be back later to post that one too!!
