Squiggle Stamps Prize Challenge ........

Sorry I am so late in posting this card for Squiggle Stamps, I have no excuse as I made the card acouple of weeks ago, photographed it, then forgot all about it, today is the last day for entries!!!  There is a fantastic prize on offer too!!

The challenge at Squiggle Stamps is"pink and a heart", I have used Squiggle Stamps "Daisy with Balloon" as she fits the bill perfectly!!  Coloured with promarkers, stickles stardust, glossy accents for her balloon, papers are BG, I used my new nellies dies, retro flower punch, card candy.

I have maade a few of these cards for Philip's nursery friends birthday's.  This is the first weekend that he hasn't had an invitation to a party, so it makes a change to have a bit of free time.  I have been very good and all of my ironing is finished!!!  I'm off to put it away now, then have coffee with a friend.  I will be posting some more give aways later today so pop back !!!

Nutty Nutshells Challenge 10 ......

This is my card for the new challenge at Nutty Nutshells, I should have posted this yesterday but the internet wouldn't play last night??????????  Working fine this morning!!!!????

The challenge this week at Nutty Nutshell's is "Shades of green in honour of St Patricks day", there is a choice of the winners favourite "cutiepie" stamp from the new relase!!

I have used my favourite shopping Rae,  that is also my favourite pastime!! 

I have been having a "major" clearout of my craftroom over the past few days it still appears to be very messy??  I just keep moving piles and piles of stash from one place to another and back again!!!

Nutty Nutshell's Blog Hop .......

This is the final Nutshell's "Cutiepie" stamp - Thankful Rae, she is as beautiful as all of the other stamps in the colllection, I'm sure she would be just perfect for a special mum for Mothers Day!!

Nutshells "Cutiepie" stamp Thankful Rae is complete with the sentiment shown and a butterfly accessory stamp.  I have used the butterfly around the edge of the oval and lightly chalked it.

Nutshells New Release Sneak Peak Day 3 .....

It is time for another sneak peak from the new Nutshells release, these new stamps will be available to buy from Monday at the Nutshells store!!

Today I have something a little different to my usual style, but as soon as I saw this stamp I knew I wanted to "distress" my card??? (Not like me at all!!)

I just think this stamp is perfect for a party girl, I decided to make mine for a teen with attitude!!

I have distressed and sanded the edges of my papers and the flower is punched and scrunched and inked.

Happy Birthday Truly Scrumptious ......

Today is Truly Scrumptious's first birthday!!!!   We have a special birthday challenge for you along with some extra prizes too!!  We have a  sketch for you to follow along with the extra option of making a "Birthday Card".

It is my turn to set a new challenge for Your Next Stamp.  I have chosen "Spring Colours"!!  It has been a long dark winter and as the days are now begining to get lighter and longer it is time to think ahead to Spring and some warmer weather too!!

Your Next Stamp February Release ......

It is time for the February release from Your Next Stamp.  There are some moe fabulous Franfou animal stamp designs and the very cute Fhiona's pets.  If you go to Your Next Stamp owner Karen' blog you will see a lot more of these cute stamps as the Starlet's have more cards to share with you, and there is some Your Next Stamp candy for one lucky commenter drawn at random!!! 

For my first card I have used the new Franfou release, "Pico the Porcupine".

Guest Designer for Nutty Nutshells Challenge 9 .....

I have used the new "loved Up" digi stamp set for my card today, she is so cute and a dream to colour too!!  As always I have coloured my image with promarkers, glossy accents, stickles, DCWV c/s, PM pink parfait papers, MS heart punch, ribbon and charm.  I have made my bow using the "bow easy" template it is a great little gadget and makes tying bows much faster!

Loved Up ......

I have gone digi today, using the cute"Loved Up" digi set available from Nutshells.  Their digi sets are excellent quality, I have purchased some of the other sets and there is the bonous of them beingalm ost instant, no waiting for the postman!! 

I have used  the boy with heart from the "Loved Up" digi set, coloured with promarkers, copic spica dlitter doodlebug papers, DCWV c/s, MS heart punch, glossy accents, stckles glitter glue, pearls, gems, pins, sentinment is Stampin Up.

We have a new challenge for you at Your Next stamp. It is Starlet Maureen's turn to set the challenge for week 9 at Your Next Stamp Maureen chose "charms". I have used the beautiful "Dancing Princess" stamp set from Your Next Stamp.  This is a really sweet set that includes the princess, hadbag and shoes.  You can buy the "Dancing Princess" stamp set along with many of her princess friends exclusively from Your Next Stamp.  The service Karen provides is excellent and often my stamps take no longer than some of the UK stores to reach me.

I have made another easel card, I do love them !!  I have stamped YNS "Dancing Princess"  twice as I have cut the out part of her dress to layer it up, coloured with promarkers, (these images work so well with copics/promarkers), sakura stardust clear pen, Core'dinations c/s, PM Pink Parfait papers, nesties, ribbon, charm, shimmer dots.

Allsorts Week 37 .....

There is a really great sketch to follow this week at Allsorts Challenge, and they are also looking for a new design team memeber to join their talented team as Gro has decided to step down from the team.  I have used their sketch for my card and of course I would love the oppourtunity to be a part of this talented team at Allsorts Challenge.

Basic Grey Challenges Week 12 ......

I have used the cute Scout the Snail from Your Next Stamp, coloured with promarkers sakura stardust pen around the shell, glossy accents for his eyes, papers are BG Archaic, DCWV c/s, nesties, ribbon.

Nice and simple agian, but I think it will be suitable for a male card??  I have loved using the BG Archaic papers and I only have a few sheets left, they mix together so well, may have to find some more quite soon.
